Your files

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. We claim no ownership over them.

You are responsible for having the right to upload, convert and download every file you send, and for the contents of those files.

You grant us a limited, temporary licence to store and process your files for the sole purpose of returning the result to you. That licence ends when the job completes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process or distribute unlawful material, to infringe someone else's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to circumvent the limits we set.

We may block access, without notice, from any source we judge to be abusing the service or attempting to disrupt it for others.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that processed files will be fit for a particular purpose.

Always keep your own copy of any original document. Processing may, in rare cases, alter formatting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit or any indirect damage arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Advertising

The site may display advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or of any site they link to.

Using an advertising-supported service does not create an advisory relationship between you and us.

Intellectual property

The software, design and branding of this site belong to us. These terms do not transfer any rights in the underlying software that we do not have the right to grant.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
